Working conditions at Støleheia.
Gunnar Øvland means that Støleheia rubbish heap is a very tuff place to work. He must
use a gassmask when he does repares inside the composting hall. In the
composting hall is
the air humidity over 90% and the temperature over 30 degrees, and adding to that the smell
is impossible to stand. It is not possible to be in there without a gassmask. They can
only stay maximum one hour in the hall a day. It is almost impossible follow that because
it is so often technical problems with the facility.  The
workingconditions at Støleheia is highly critic worthy and healthdamaging.
The lead for the
renovation company in
Kristiansand works to solve the problems.
