The compost system in Vennesla has definitely led to improvement. This has been showed in increased recycling and led rest garbage. The plant in Støleheia has had some problems with avgasser and smells. The operation of the compost system has made it necessary for the people who work thereto stay in plant longer than recommended.

This has again lead to torment as headache and loss of memory among the workers. The smell has sometimes prevented the neighbours from letting the air in. It is carried out several enterprises to do this circumstances better: RKR has invested in a fresh-air construction that removes 98% of all odours. It is also invested 5 millions in consultants to make working conditions better. Finally we can say that we are going in right direction.
