We have concentrated on Vennesla outlet and sewer net and its status. However we have only concentrated on the local wastewater which will say outlet or the sewer from the household, schools etc., and not from industry.

This water from the outlet represents a big environment problem and the water must be purified. There are three cleansing districts in Vennesla, Hægeland, Skarpengland and lower Vennesla. At the same time there is a scattered settlement where the sewer is not attached to the main system. The unpurified water goes into the watersupplies.

However the demands to the cleansing of sewer water are changeable. Vennesla municipality have already plans for connection of scattered settlement to the main system.
