RESEARCH AT THE VILLAGE OF VENNESLA
We asked different people in the village of Vennesla, why they went shopping there instead of shopping at the "sørlandssenteret"(a hypermarked outside the city of Kristiansand) and what they thought of the selection of goods to buy.
The conclustion was :
- The youths would rather shop at the "Sørlanssenteret" than in the village of Vennesla. Because the "Sørlanssenteret" has more shops and greater selection of goods to buy.
- The reason why they went shopping in the village of Vennesla, was the short distance, something they did save time and moeny for.
- During their free lessons the youths go to the village centre to shop.
- This is applies for both genders.
- The middelaged people thought that the selection of goods in the shops was good, but there could be more shops.
- The reason why they shopped there had to do with the short distanse. They thought that the service was better than in the "Sørlandssenter".
- The village of Vennesla happens to be a great place for the older generation. They think the selection for goods is great and they also think the number of shops suffiees.
