CONCLUSION The results show that there are no big differences between our generation and our parents’ generation. We are just as active as our parents were. The differences lie in the interest for the different activities. We have no explanation why. The results were actually surprising. We assumed that they would show a decrease in the number of youngsters who participates in organized sports. The reason why we believed this is that the youth today have a lot more ways spending their leisure time then their parents had. The social conditions requires education and know-ledge. This might lead to the youngsters are giving preference to the school, in addition to the fact that many students also have a part-time job. The sport has also changed a lot, you need to work out more often than earlier, and this also takes more time. The resullts might be explained by saying that a lot of people were active in sports earlier, but this was not organized.
