Suggestested efforts

The two main groups:

* Apartments near power lines.

* Working places in industry.

Efforts in residential areas

Research says that cases of child leukemia are increasing in number when living close to power lines. Therefore it is natural to choose increased distance to power lines as a possible suggestion. These days we don't know if this suggestion will have any effect on the occurrence of leukemia.

Increased distance between houses and power lines can have a positive environmental effect, as the population's anxiety of radiation and discharges are reduced.

The costs of making greater distance to power lines are relatively small when developing new constructions. But when doing these efforts on older constructions the costs will be enormous.

Efforts in industry

There can be many efforts, technical as well as health related, to develop electrical supplies which will give minimal amounts of electric radiation.

It is at work most people will be exposed to the strongest fields of electric radiation.

Those trades are known as electric trades.

These people often work at power occupying industries, such as metal refineries.
